With over 15 years of experience spanning real estate development, construction, and large-scale event production, Justin leads a team that knows how to bring ideas to life — on schedule, on budget, and always with excellence.

From managing multi-million dollar construction portfolios to coordinating one of the largest HBCU football events in the region — including college fairs, golf tournaments, events shows, scholarship galas, and citywide celebrations — Justin has consistently delivered results that go beyond expectations.

Backed by a graduate degree in Community Development and an undergraduate degree in Communications from Prairie View A&M University, Justin brings a unique blend of hands-on experience and strategic insight to every project. His work is rooted in relationships, community engagement, and a deep understanding of how strong planning leads to powerful outcomes.
